Owner
Janelle founded JB Group in 2015 with a clear vision: to create a best-in-class student housing experience in Fayetteville. Since then, she has been the driving force behind the company’s growth, assembling a dedicated team that shares her commitment to quality, service, and community. With a deep passion for real estate and a hands-on leadership style, Janelle continues to guide JB Group’s mission to deliver well-maintained, thoughtfully designed homes that students are proud to call their own.
Tyler Benninghoff
CFO
Tyler began supporting JB Group in 2020 and officially joined the leadership team as Chief Financial Officer in the fall of 2024. With a strong background in finance and strategic planning, Tyler oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital management across JB Group’s diverse portfolio. His analytical mindset and commitment to long-term growth play a critical role in driving the company’s financial health and expansion strategy.
Jack Benninghoff
CEO
Jack began his real estate journey in 2017 by flipping houses in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Since then, he has led the growth of JB Group into one of the leading student housing providers in the Northwest Arkansas area. As CEO, Jack is deeply committed to delivering a high-quality living experience for tenants and continues to drive the company’s vision through strategic development, operational excellence, and community-focused values.
Drew Benninghoff
Project Manager
Since joining JB Group in 2022, Drew has played a key role in managing the company’s daily operations. With a strong focus on responsiveness and organization, he ensures that all tasks and requests are handled efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
Collin McWhorter
Project Manager
Collin joined JB Group in 2024 and serves as a Project Manager, overseeing the execution and timely completion of key initiatives across the company. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, he ensures that all projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.
Chad Spanberger
Director of Operations
A former standout athlete with the Razorback Baseball program, Chad joined JB Group in 2019 and now oversees all day-to-day operations for the company. His leadership and competitive drive have been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence across all divisions.
